Can chinchillas be around "Oust air freshener" ?

Animals like chinchillas usually suffer from upper respiratory problems. You wont see signs of the problems til later. Im sure you can get rid of the smell by cleaning their cage with vinegar and you can give your chinchilla a dust bath mixed with dry shampoo powder designed for rabbits.
