Types of Earl Grey Tea
Earl Grey tea was created in the seventeenth century and remained the same with no variations for years. The blend was simply a fine loose leaf black tea combined with a hint of bergamot oil. This particular tea was named after the second Earl Grey, who also happened to be the Prime Minister of Britain. While there are many stories of how the tea became originally to be blended, there is no way of knowing for sure why it was created.
Earl Grey tea uses the oil of bergamot if it is a true version of this tea. Bergamot is originally from Southeast Asia but now is a commercially grown citrus fruit in Italy. I want to lose some weight and I have completely stopped drinking soda, now all i drink is water and milk. Will drinking the diet green tea with citrus help in losing weight if i am also eating a little healthier?
I applaud your stopping soda, weight loss can not be found in a tea, pill, or patch. What you need to do is remember back when you were a kid and you were in school and they taught you the food pyramid, if you take a close look at what you are supposed to eat per day it is a lot. Exercise is key, walk more, drink more water and juices(pure not concentrate) eat your veggies and if you are a female you need to eat less more. So instead of eating 3 times a day with your biggest meal at the end you need to eat the biggest meal in the middle of the day and you should be eating 5 times a day at least. Kind of odd but women have a different metabolism than men. You can drink the tea if you like it won't hurt you but make sure you even things out.
