Is cinnamon safe for someone allergic to almonds?
It is tree bark.... Not sure if they are related nutritionally.
They are unrelated. Cinnamon should be safe - as long as you are not allergic to cinnamon. An almond allergy does not increase your chance of developing a cinnamon allergy as there is no cross reactivity.
